Who Bears Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on the part of PROBUSINES (such as wrong item shipped or product quality issues), return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
  • PROBUSINES Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (including wrong items or defective products), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Return Process:
    1. Once the customer’s return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address via email.
    2. Please ensure that items are securely packaged, including all original packaging and accessories, to prevent damage during transit.
    3. Shipping costs incurred during the return process must be borne by the customer, except in the cases covered under PROBUSINES responsibility.
