Return & Exchange Window

Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

A 1% handling fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

All products ship from China. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.

  • Fees must be paid when the shipment arrives in the United States.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

  • These charges are not paid to PROBUSINES and are not determined by PROBUSINES; they are collected by U.S. authorities according to import rules.

  • Applicable U.S. sales tax will be collected at checkout where required by law.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and packaged in the original packaging.

  • All accompanying items such as accessories, manuals, and labels must be included.

  • Items showing evidence of misuse, damage, or modifications are not eligible.

  • Returns are applicable only for items originally purchased from PROBUSINES.

Return and exchange shipping cost responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns must not be sent to the original shipping address.

  • After your return request is approved, we will provide the proper return address via email.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, our support team will assist you after the return request is approved.
Replacement items will be shipped once the returned product has been received and verified.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return or refund:
