Order Handling Time

Once a payment has been successfully confirmed, our team prepares and packages your order within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note:

  • Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time.

  • During busy periods, preparation may take slightly longer. If extended delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Where We Ship

We currently deliver only to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories or island regions

  • APO/FPO military addresses

Orders submitted to restricted locations will be canceled, and full refunds will be issued automatically.


Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery

All parcels are shipped via dependable logistics partners.
Typical delivery time to U.S. mainland addresses is 15–20 business days after dispatch.

Please note that the timeline may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal congestion

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Unforeseen transportation issues

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.


Daily Order Cut-Off

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will usually enter processing the same day.
Orders submitted after this time will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping to all eligible U.S. mainland addresses.
No minimum purchase amount is required.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All products are shipped directly from China.
Your order may be reviewed by customs authorities and may incur:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Clearance fees

These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping costs and must be covered by the customer.
Sales tax required by U.S. law will be collected at checkout where applicable.

Because customs regulations vary, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.


Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Correct Addresses & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address submitted during checkout is accurate and complete.

If you need to modify an address:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped

We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Damaged, or Extremely Delayed Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost, please notify us right away at:
